Share a memory or two: I was lucky enough to have served as the hostess for our National Presidents when they came to town, they actually stayed in my apartment. I was the first recipient to go to Leader Shape and represent Theta Phi-back then you had to be selected by Grand Council to go. I remember a "Jane and Tarzan" party where we all wore leopard skin cut off dresses. My fondest memories were of recruitment, especially making quota in 1985 and 1986-where we took all our first choices and blew DZ and Phi Sig away! I also loved working on extension both as a collegiate and as an alumnae-I have helped serve the fraternity by being involved with over 15 presentations at various campuses (many have become our chapters, including University of Dayton) I actually "found" Muskingum College-who became the Beta Delta Chapter! Alpha Mu also won Greek Goddess 5 years in a row in the 1980's and we attempted to have a house in 1988! My sisters singing to me on my wedding day during my reception was very touching to me. My biggest memory of all time was when Alpha Mu won The President's Cup at the 1986 convention-this was a thrill of a lifetime!

A quote/saying that you live by: " I am privileged to be a sister in Theta Phi Alpha. I am so lucky to not only say that I am in a sorority, but to have been initiated into the best sorority. The experiences that I have been involved with as a Theta Phi have given me the ability to handle many situations. I have been able to manage numerous tasks in my life, which include being a wife and mother, a manager and a friend, but mostly I have learned the meaning of true sisterhood. "

I was initiated in 1985 and as an active member I held the offices of Corresponding Secretary and Marshal. As an alumni, I held the offices of Board Chairman and Vice President. I graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. I have been in the Alumnae Association for 17 years. As both an active member and alumni we did a lot of extension projects. We traveled to different universities and me girls from around the area. I also enjoyed going to 3 conventions and was in Michigan when we won the Presidents Cup. The most memorable moment from that night was all the Alpha Mu's in attendance drank champagne out of the Presidents Cup. It was a fun night! My most favorite quote is still, "Nothing great is ever achieved without much enduring."

All the laughs and random moments will always stay with me.
